   • CA Wallah does not guarantee admission, examination success, or qualification and is not responsible for verifying your eligibility.
4. Payments
   • All payments for products or services must be made in full as per the pricing displayed on the Platform.
   • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or any other mode made available on the Platform.
   • CA Wallah reserves the right to suspend or discontinue access to services in case of non-payment or payment failure.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
   • Refunds, if any, shall be governed strictly by the CA Wallah Refund Policy available on the Platform.
   • Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
   • CA Wallah reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion, subject to policy conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
   • All content available on the Platform, including study materials, test papers, videos, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive intellectual property of CA Wallah.
   • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
7. Content Modification
   • CA Wallah reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or remove any content, features, or services on the Platform at any time without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
   • CA Wallah shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or inability to use the services.

   • CA Wallah reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without prior notice in case of:

     • Misuse of content
     • Fraudulent or unlawful activity
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
    • All disputes shall be subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
