CA Wallah – Refunds & Cancellations Policy

  1. Time Limit
    Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date of purchase of the CA Wallah Test Series. Requests received after this period will not be considered.
  2. Eligibility for Refund
    A refund is applicable only if all of the following conditions are fulfilled:
    • The student has appeared in all the test papers of the CA Wallah Test Series in which they are enrolled.
    • The student has qualified all the papers as per ICAI norms.
    • The test series has been used strictly for personal academic purposes and no misuse or policy violation is observed.
    If any test is missed or the student does not qualify as per ICAI standards, the refund request will be deemed ineligible.
  3. Refund Method
    The approved refund amount will be credited directly to the student's bank account.
    Bank details must be clearly mentioned in the refund request letter submitted by the student.
  4. Refund Processing Time
    Once the refund request is reviewed and approved, the amount will be processed and credited within 3 working days.
  5. Refund Request Process
    To request a refund, the student must:
    • Submit a formal refund request letter
    • Provide valid proof of purchase
    • Share accurate bank account details
    CA Wallah reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request if the above conditions are not met.
  6. Jurisdiction
    All disputes, claims, or legal matters shall be subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
