CA Wallah – Refunds & Cancellations Policy
- Time Limit
Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date of purchase of the CA Wallah Test Series. Requests received after this period will not be considered. - Eligibility for Refund
A refund is applicable only if all of the following conditions are fulfilled:- The student has appeared in all the test papers of the CA Wallah Test Series in which they are enrolled.
- The student has qualified all the papers as per ICAI norms.
- The test series has been used strictly for personal academic purposes and no misuse or policy violation is observed.
- Refund Method
The approved refund amount will be credited directly to the student's bank account.
Bank details must be clearly mentioned in the refund request letter submitted by the student. - Refund Processing Time
Once the refund request is reviewed and approved, the amount will be processed and credited within 3 working days. - Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the student must:- Submit a formal refund request letter
- Provide valid proof of purchase
- Share accurate bank account details
- Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, or legal matters shall be subject to Delhi jurisdiction only. - Contact Information
